As a Working Student in Product Management (all genders), you will support us in making this software even better: by structuring requirements, analyzing feedback, and ensuring that new features deliver the greatest possible value. Your mission is to work with us to perfect a product that municipalities around the world can rely on – a product that helps them improve the quality of their roads and processes every single day.

Your contribution to the product

• Localization & Internationalization: Manage translations and discover how language shapes product usability.
• Customer Research & Feedback: Design surveys, organize contacts, and dive into customer workflows first-hand.
• Go-to-Market & Communication: Support the creation of marketing materials and learn how product value is communicated.
• Feature Discovery & Prioritization: Help manage the idea board and see how customer requests are evaluated and prioritized.
• Product Analytics: Prepare Mixpanel reports and understand how data drives product decisions.
• Product Operations & Tooling: Set up Jira automations and explore how workflows and processes are optimized.

Skills that define you

• Student Status: You are enrolled at a university and want to gain hands-on experience alongside your studies.
• Mobility & Location: You hold a Class B driver’s license and live near Stuttgart, so you can join us in the office from time to time.
• Digital Affinity: You are comfortable with digital tools and curious about working at the intersection of tech, business, and product.
• Organizational Skills: You like to bring structure into tasks and keep an overview even when things get busy.
• Analytical Thinking: You enjoy identifying patterns in information and turning them into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: You explain complex topics clearly and enjoy working with colleagues across different areas.
• Willingness to Learn: You are curious, quick to pick up new things, and not afraid to ask questions.
• Language: You communicate confidently in English.
