This role is based in Germany and sits at the heart of our global GTM and RevOps organization, supporting teams across regions, especially the U.S. market.

đź’Ľ Your Key Responsibilities
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own scalable RevOps processes and systems, with a focus on either Marketing Operations or Channel Operations, depending on the role :
Design and own end-to-end RevOps processes, ensuring seamless data flow across the sales and GTM funnel.
Maintain and evolve the Salesforce architecture, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Build and optimize automated workflows using APIs and LLMs to scale GTM operations.
Role-specific focus:
Marketing Ops: Own the technical architecture of Marketing Operations and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, scaling marketing processes and system integrations.
Or Channel Ops: Own the technical architecture of the revenue stack with a focus on Channel & Partner Operations, including Experience Cloud / Partner Communities, to enable partner-driven growth.
🌟 We would be the perfect match if you :
have 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or Marketing Ops within a SaaS / B2B environment.
Strong Salesforce expertise (mandatory), with experience in Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud / Partner Communities as a plus.
Hands-on experience with RevOps systems, automation, and building scalable technical solutions.
A data-driven mindset, with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and exposure to BI tools.
A passion for process design, automation, and operational excellence across the GTM funnel.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
Solid understanding of SaaS GTM metrics and revenue drivers.
Alignment with our values and fluency in English (German is a plus).
