People & Culture Intern with Recruiting Focus, US

This is a part time, paid, remote internship that begins in late January 2026.
As a People & Culture intern you will:
- Learn the ins and outs of recruiting world-class talent in a rapidly changing startup environment
- Support the team with sourcing talent, screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Support new hire onboarding
- Support with additional ad-hoc projects to help us become more streamlined and efficient
- Support with broader administrational topics
Role Requirements:
- You’re a current college student or recent graduate excited to learn more about a recruiting and HR function in a quickly growing startup
- You have 1-3 years of work experience through internships or jobs
- Highly organized, efficient, communicative, and solution oriented
- Comfortable with lots of moving parts and frequent internal changes
- Able to work ~20+ hours per week
- You align with our company values of open-mindedness, being “up for it” and appreciative
- This role pays $18/ hr
