vialytics was founded in 2018 in Stuttgart, Germany and recently closed a Series A round of $10m. Our marketing team is currently based in our headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.
We're looking for a US-based team member to support with marketing initiatives tailored to the American market. Please note: while this is a remote role, we require candidates to be located in the Northeast for ease of travel to visit our clients.
As a Marketing & Communications Manager you will:
- Plan and create compelling content for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms
- Support our sales team by planning and coordinating webinars and events for lead generation
- Create and distribute print and digital marketing materials such as pamphlets, press releases, and email campaigns
- Adapt existing marketing materials to the US market
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with team objectives
- Develop and execute awareness campaigns to enhance vialytics’ visibility and engagement in the US market.
- Manage press relations, proactively seeking opportunities to place vialytics in relevant media outlets through both customer-driven and channel sales partnershipsScout for growth opportunities and new creative approaches
- For the first six months, travel 4-5x per month to accompany the US team on prospect and client meetings, with a primary focus on the East Coast (NE, NY, NJ), but also nationwide for trade shows and industry events.

Role Requirements
- 3-5 years in a relevant marketing role
- Experience working in adobe creative cloud and/or Canva
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in tracking and analyzing marketing efforts.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate well with a team
- Drive for results
- Open minded and always willing to learn more

The Interview Process
- A 30 minute preliminary call with HR
- 30 minute call with Director of Marketing
- Completion of a Marketing Assignment, presented to HR + Marketing
- 30 minute call with our CRO, our oversees the growth of the US office
The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and $90,000-135,000. Our US team has an office based in New Jersey and predominantly works remote.
