Senior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) /CRM Manager (m/f/d)
About vialytics:
vialytics is a scale-up founded in 2018, specializing in smart-city revolutionizing road infrastructure management. Our smartphone solution, coupled with artificial intelligence, automatically detects pavement damage and provides a database to field agents. Our goal is to ensure the preservation of Europe's road heritage for safe and sustainable roads.
Your tasks:
- You and the Revenue Operations Team are responsible for ensuring work in our Market Team with maximum efficiency.
- You evaluate, procure, implement and manage Hubsport processes used in the Market Teams.
- You produce short and long-term reports, metrics, and objectives while focusing on enhancing workflows using Hubspot or Excel.
- You support the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with all Go to Market operational needs.
Your profile:
- You gained at least 5 years working experience in a similar role.
- You managed data integrity and integrations on Hubspot.
- You bring a high level of Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
- Your very good analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions.
- You are fluent in English, German or French skills are optional.
